St James Church Second Hand Book Sale

St James Church is having its annual second hand book sale on Saturday the 2nd and Sunday the 3rd of January 2010.  This annual fund raiser is a must attend event. Get there early as the books move out the door quicker than you can blink

Why this blog?

We moved to Drysdale 2 years ago. Why? We needed somewhere to live that gave our family the opportunities we did not have close by. We now have a school, shops,  pony club and beaches just up the road.

The climate is pretty good, the winters are mild and the summers don't get that hot. We have nice sea breezes in the evening and our rainwater tanks are full.

It is a truly a place where you can have it all.

What I did not find on the web, was a dedicated site to promoting Drysdale to the rest of the world. So I thought I might as well give it a shot!  So here goes....
