The Victorian Treasurer's budget speech today has announced:
"$3.6 million has also been allocated in 2014-15 for planning, project development and the
preparation of business cases for the Drysdale bypass, Westall Road extension, Edgars
Road extension in Epping and a northern extension of the Mornington Peninsula Freeway
