On February 8 I blogged about the new Curlewis Parks subdivision from the article I read in the Echo.
The Geelong Advertiser on 13 February 2010 has published a clarification to the information contained in the Echo article.
"The development plan subject to City of Greater Geelong approval involves Stage 1 only - about 153 hectares with an estimated 1900 lots - with Stage 2 being subject to a separate rezoning request in the future. Stage 1 land will be available for sale when permits are approved.
